Napoli have been constantly linked with Lozano for months but the asking price of PSV was reportedly putting the Serie A side off.
However, La Gazzetta dello Sport is now reporting that Napoli are willing to match PSV’s demands to bring the Mexican international to the club.
PSV want €50 million for the attacker, which Napoli will pay but not in total up front. Napoli are willing to bid €40 million with an extra €10 million dependant on bonuses. Napoli are also willing to pay Lozano a salary of €2.5 million a year.
At the moment, Lozano is recovering from a knee injury that means he misses this summers Gold Cup.
