Both the KNVB and the FA have confirmed that Netherlands will face England in a friendly at Wembley next year.

hunt engNetherlands will travel to England on the 29th of March next year as the Three Lions prepare for the European Championships. Kick off will be 8pm UK time.

The two countries have met on nineteen occasions with Netherlands and England both winning five each, while there has been nine draws. The last meeting of the two sides saw Netherlands come out on top 3-2 in February 2012 with Arjen Robben scoring twice and Klaas Jan Huntelaar also on the score-sheet.

Netherlands have also struck a deal to face France in a friendly next year, but both the date and location are still to be confirmed. France will host the European Championships, while they are also part of Netherlands group for the World Cup 2018 qualifiers.
