At the Tournoi de France, Netherlands women drew their opening game 0-0 against Brazil.

For their first game of the friendly tournament in France, Sarina Wiegman was able to name Lieke Martens in her line-up for the first time since the World Cup final.

Netherlands dominated the first half but could not take their chances, with Vivianne Miedema having a shot blocked while Jackie Groenen fired wide.

In the second half, Miedema went close again but the best chances were both wasted by Shanice van de Sanden. Brazilian goalkeeper Natascha kept her side in it with several saves.

Netherlands will now face both France and Canada.
