It is expected that Fer will be leaving Carrow Road following Norwich’s relegation to the Championship, and QPR is one of his options.
Rangers manager Harry Redknapp is keen to add the 24-year-old to his squad after missing out of Steve Sidwell and Derby County midfielder Craig Byrson. The former Tottenham manager is hoping that club chairman Tony Fernandes can work out a deal and bring Fer to Rangers by the end of the week.
Fer arrived at Norwich from Twente in the summer of 2013 and featured 32 times for the Canaries in both the Premier League and League Cup. The 2014 World Cup semi-finalist scored 4 goals and assisted 3 in his first season in England.
