According to Eindhovens Dagblad, young Hertha Berlin defender Omar Rekik is set to sign for Arsenal.

The 18-year-old, younger brother of Netherlands international Karim Rekik, will reportedly join Arsenal for a fee of €1 million.

The centre-back, who is a Netherlands youth international, will get the chance to train with the Arsenal first-team.

Rekik previously played for PSV before joining his brother at Hertha Berlin. He appeared on the bench but failed to make his first-team debut for the Bundesliga club.
