Oguzhan Özyakup netted on his debut as Feyenoord comfortably defeated Emmen 3-0 in De Kuip.

After joining on loan from Besiktas earlier in the week, Özyakup was immediately in the starting eleven and he netted within two minutes of his debut.

Jens Toornstra found the Turkish international in the box and he stroked the ball into the net to make it 1-0.

Feyenoord went looking for more goals but Nicolai Jorgensen was denied by Dennis Telgenkamp, while Luis Sinisterra had an effort ruled out for offside. At the other end, Justin Bijlow was called into action to deny Kerim Frei.

In the 64th minute, Jorgensen doubled the lead for Feyenoord with a close range finish from a Steven Berghuis free-kick. The Dane was then replaced by debutante Róbert Bozeník.

With ten minutes to go, Sinisterra wrapped up the victory with a third goal.

Feyenoord are now ten games unbeaten under Dick Advocaat and sit third while Emmen are 13th.
