finn boPEC Zwolle started brightly with Ryan Thomas firing just over the bar from inside the box within the first minute.

However on 32 minutes Heerenveen were awarded a penalty when goalkeeper Diederik Boer brought down Luciano Slagveer in the box. Alfred Finnbogason made no mistake from the spot to put the away side in front.

Ten minutes into the second half, Zwolle defender Joost Broerse leveled the scores with an excellent free-kick which flew past Heerenveen keeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt.
