Seven minutes later PEC Zwolle had the lead, when a long ball over the top sent Mustafa Saymak free, and the youngster calmly finished into the corner.

Saymak netted again on 38 minutes, taking advantage of a defensive mix up, and finishing on the volley after a nice knockdown took him past the keeper.

Things got even worse for the visitors before half time, as they were outdone by another ball over the top, with Fred Benson this time finishing to make it 3-0 at the break.

Ten minutes into the second half, PEC Zwolle made it 4-0 with Mateusz Klich, who set up all other three goals, played through Benson to net his second of the game.

After the hour mark the away side pulled a goal back through Mathias Gehrt, who was given too much time to pick his spot and fire into the bottom corner.

With 10 minutes Zwolle right back Bram van Polen lashed the ball into the top corner to make it 5-1. The rout wasn’t over though as in the final minutes Saymak squared for Giovanni Hiwat to tap into an empty net.

Zwolle climb back up to third with the three points, while ADO Den Haag remain in the bottom three in 16th, and taking this performance into account, they are in real trouble.
