The coach spoke about the need for Ajax to play their own game against Olympique Lyon as they look to defend a 4-1 lead from the 1st leg in Amsterdam to reach the Europa League final in Stockholm on May 24th.
Bosz , ”We were 3-0 down at Schalke and not all games are the same. We want to reach the final by scoring and not conceding It is not about making a choice of scoring or not just conceding.
”We have played well away from home in the Eredivisie this season and of course there is a difference when you have 50.000 supporters behind you when playing at home and in the case of Olympique Lyon perhaps 60.000 suporters against us.
”I try to show to my players that such scenarios must not make any difference. You must become motivated when you are booed by supporters in an away game and continue to play your on game.
”We have to learn to play our own game in high pressure situations and make the opponent work for the ball.”
