The agent of Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar has hinted that the midfielder could rejoin Ajax this summer.

Pienaar spent five years at Ajax between 2001 and 2006 before joining Borussia Dortmund, with the midfielder making 95 Eredivisie appearances for the Amsterdam club.
The 33-year-old is currently with Everton, but the player’s agent Rob Moore believes the South African could return to the Amsterdam Arena this summer.
Moore is quoted by Elf Voetbal saying, “His partner is from Amsterdam and he still has a house there. He goes there regularly.”
The official Twitter account of the South African national team then reported the rumours.
