Quincy Promes continues his career with Sevilla after completing his €20 million move from Spartak Moscow on Friday.

The deal seemed in jeopardy on Thursday morning with some Dutch reports stating that the move was off after Sevilla added extra requirements. However, the dispute was quickly settled with Promes arriving in Spain on Thursday evening before completing his move on Friday.

The 26-year-old has signed a five-year contract with Sevilla, who have reportedly paid Spartak Moscow €20 million.

Promes started his career with Ajax, Go Ahead Eagles and FC Twente before joining Spartak Moscow in the summer of 2014. He went on to make 125 appearances in Russia, scoring 66 goals and contributing 34 assists.
