Caretaker Netherlands U21 boss Remy Reijnierse has announced a 37-man provisional squad for next month’s friendly against Germany.

hendrix oraAdrie Koster stepped down as Netherlands U21 boss after failing to win any of the four games he was in charge for, meaning the young Dutch side missed out on next years European Championships and a chance to qualify for the olympics.

The 37-man squad does not contain PSV midfielder Adam Maher, AC Milan’s Marco van Ginkel or Twente striker Luc Castaignos as a number of new faces have been given the chance to impress.

The full squad is as follows:
