According to Voetbal International, PSG will not let Mitchel Bakker leave this summer despite a loan offer from Celtic.

The Scottish champions are looking for a new left-back after the departure of Jonny Hayes and suspension of Boli Bolingoli.
Celtic had hoped to loan Bakker from PSG, but the French side has no intention of letting the Netherlands U21 international depart this summer.
Bakker made five first-team appearances for PSG last season, including the cup final wins over Lyon and Saint Etienne.
