The 23-year-old full-back was a key player this season for Brentford, who just missed out on the Premier League in the promotion playoff final.
According to the Daily Mail, PSV Eindhoven are interested in signing Henry, who would be an affordable option due to his low wage demands.
However, Premier League sides Brighton, Aston Villa, West Ham United, West Bromwich Albion and Leeds United are also interested in the Englishman.
Henry previously played for Walsall before joining Brentford in 2016. He has made 87 appearances for the club.
