According to De Telegraaf, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are competing to bring Angelino back to the Eredivisie from Manchester City.

Angelino was one of PSV’s standout players last season but Manchester City used a clause in his contract to sign him for a cut-rate price.

However, the Spaniard has barely featured since returning to England and a move away in January is a possibility.

PSV Eindhoven are keen on bringing the 22-year-old back to Eindhoven, but Ajax could scupper any move. De Telegraaf are reporting that Angelino has been offered to the Eredivisie leaders in recent weeks.

Ajax reportedly see the left-back as an interesting option to replace Nicolas Tagliafico in the summer. PSV are open to loaning the defender, but it’s not known whether Manchester City are interested in a rental.

Angelino has only started twice for Manchester City this season.
