Laursen is very highly rated by Brondby, but according to De Telegraaf, PSV have paid €1.3 million to snare the forward, who was also attracting interest from Ajax and German giants Bayern Munich.
A medical examination is the only thing standing in the way of the deal being completed, and after that formality Laursen will put pen to paper on a three-year-contract in Eindhoven.
This season Laursen made his first team debut for Brondby, scoring once in three matches.
