The Boeren lost their eighth match of the season on Sunday to RKC Waalwijk and currently find themselves sitting seventh in the Eredivisie table on 29 points only seven points of the last of the relegation playoff spots currently occupied by Roda JC.
This is what former Barcelona midfielder had to say about his sides performances so far this season
“At the moment it can go either way. We are still too volatile. So you have to be honest,” Cocu told De Telegraaf.
“We must stop giving these sloppy goals away. This should never happen. Once we were a goal down, we failed to break them down, which sums up our season.”
The 21 times crowned Dutch champions next take on relegation threatened Cambuur Leeuwarden on Wednesday.
