The 17-year-old is heading out of PEC Zwolle and will not take part in the club’s training this week in order to hold talks with interested clubs.
PSV Eindhoven have already spoken with the player’s agent but there are other clubs interested in the youngster. Liverpool have previously been linked with the Netherlands U19 international, and a club of that level are said to be battling PSV for his signature.
PEC Zwolle want between €1.5-2 million to part with the youngster, who has one year left on his contract.
PSV are in need of a new centre-back after Daniel Schwaab left at the end of the season, while Armando Obispo has joined Vitesse Arnhem on loan.
