PSV Eindhoven technical manager Marcel Brands thinks Ajax should sell Matthijs de Ligt if they get a huge bid from Barcelona in January.

According to reports in Spain, Barcelona are planning a January mega bid of between €40-50 million for the 18-year-old centre-back.
Ajax director Marc Overmars has stated that the club are in no need to sell any of their players, while De Ligt’s agent stated the defender would not leave until at least the summer.
PSV technical manager Marcel Brands was a guest on Ziggo Sport show ‘Rondo’ on Sunday and was asked by Jack van Gelder what he would do if Barcelona offered him €50 million for De Ligt.
He responded with a smile, “Then it will be difficult, yes, I would sell immediately if I was Ajax”
