PSV need to sign a new centre-back this summer with Daniel Schwaab leaving the club and they have set their sights on van Drongelen.
The Netherlands U21 international has been with Hamburg for two seasons now but could leave this summer after they failed to secure promotion back to the Bundesliga.
Hamburger Abendblatt report that Hamburg want €5 million for the 20-year-old, who came through Sparta Rotterdam’s academy.
Van Drongelen has a contract in Germany until 2022 and was linked with a move to Ajax last summer. However, he decided to remain in Germany for another year.
Young talent 5m isnt bad these days & Bakary Jatta from Hambruger ia really good. Bundesliga 2 have a lot of talent right now. I know Paderborn are going up but some class player w only a year left like Phillip Klement & Glatzel. Then haver Girshca Promel him Philipp Forster & Janni Serri from Holstein Kiel only 21 tall clinical CF & more in clubs not gettinf promoted be good options for PSV & AJAX
