According to Sky Sport Italia PSV Eindhoven are eyeing a deal for young Chilean defender Sebastian Vegas.

The 17 year old currently plays for his homeland club Audax Italiano and has made 15 league appearances since making his debut in 2013. Vegas has also been capped by his national U-17 and U-20 side. In fact he is the captain of the U-20 team and has been looked at by national coach Jorge Sampaoli for a full international call up.
The defender has been described as someone with not only great technical abilities but also character, personality and leadership.
The Boeren though are not the only team pursuing him, interested has also been shown by Clubs like Club Brugge , Juventus, Liverpool , Udinese , Torino and Barcelona.
Audax are willing to let the defender go but only for a fee between 2.4 and 3.2 million Euros.
