The 15-year-old forward had been highly rated in the PSV academy but hasn’t played for the club since January after a disagreement with the club around his future.

Chelsea were circling Braaf, but his uncle has told Voetbal International that the youngster has signed a three-year deal with Manchester City.

Braaf was born in Amsterdam and was part of Ajax’s academy before joining PSV in 2013.
