RUIZ bAccording to De Telegraaf, PSV Eindhoven have agreed terms with Fulham over the six month loan deal, and it could only be a matter of time before the deal is announced.

Ruiz is still to give a final yes to PSV over the deal, and then Philip Cocu’s side will have to gain a work permit for the Costa Rican international.

The 28-year-old spent two years in the Eredivisie with FC Twente, and reportedly had an offer to return to the club, along with one from Spanish club Real Betis, but it seems PSV have trumped them both.

Between 2009, and 2011 Ruiz scored 35 goals in 65 league games for Twente before moving to Fulham in 2011. However Ruiz found life in the Premier League tough, only netting eight times in 68 games, and has been told to leave the club by coach Rene Meulensteen.

Any deal for Ruiz will only be a loan until the summer, with PSV not having any option to sign the player permanently.
