The 30-year-old has been with PSV since 2014 and has made himself a firm fan favourite at the club.

However, Guardado has recently been linked with a move back to his homeland of Mexico or the MLS and it seems an exit from PSV is on the cards this summer. According to AD, PSV will not renew Guardado’s deal which expires in the summer of 2018.

The recent win over Ajax was Guardado’s 100th game for PSV in which he has netted four times and added 22 assists.
