The 22-year-old, who has had limited chances in Eindhoven so far, was loaned to Heerenveen last summer and he scored 19 times in 35 appearances.
Sampdoria have been heavily linked with a bid for the striker this summer but, Eindhovens Dagblad are reporting that PSV have no interest in selling.
Lammers has impressed PSV with his performances in Friesland and they believe he is ready for the first-team. ED add that Lammers staying does not mean anything for Luuk de Jong’s future.
The joint-Eredivisie top scorer was used as a number ten before the end of the campaign and PSV believe there is room for both strikers at the club.
