According to reports in Netherlands Real Madrid and Liverpool are seriously interested in PSV winger Zakaria Bakkali.

Bakkali made a blistering start to the Eredivisie season, and became the youngster player to net a hat-trick in the division when he scored three against NEC Nijmegen at the age of 17-years-old and 196 days.
However since the winter break, and the arrival of Bryan Ruiz, Bakkali has found himself outside the first team, making only two appearances from the bench.
His lack of first team appearances may be the reason Bakkali has not extended his stay in Eindhoven, with the club expecting him to sign a long term deal on his 18th birthday, which was back in January.
De Telegraaf are now reporting that Real Madrid and Liverpool are monitoring the situation as Bakkali comes into the final year of his contract. PSV may be forced into selling the young star in the summer, if they can not convince him his future remains in Eindhoven.
