Daishawn Redan missed a penalty as PEC Zwolle drew 0-0 against RKC Waalwik.

Dick Schreuder was hoping for his first win as PEC Zwolle boss and he saw his side have the better of the first half. The best chances fell to Luka Adzic, but he was denied by Etienne Vaessen on one occasion before he put a header against the post.

Fifteen minutes into the second half, PEC Zwolle were awarded a penalty for a foul by Ahmed Touba on Mustafa Saymak. However, Daishawn Redan hammered the ball over the bar.

Lennerd Daneels missed a chance to win the game for RKC Waalwijk before the end and both sides had to settle for a point.

PEC Zwolle remains bottom of the table while RKC are 15th.
