Ludovit Reis is still hoping to breakthrough at Barcelona despite being loaned to VfL Osnabrück.

The midfielder was signed by Barcelona back in 2019 from Groningen but he only played for the club’s B team and has been loaned to Bundesliga 2 side VfL Osnabrück this season.

Speaking to Voetbal International, Reis said he is not giving up on his dream at Barcelona, “I am not someone who likes to look too far ahead. Barcelona is the biggest club in the world with the greatest talents. My Barça dream is also not over yet. The dream of succeeding there is still there. If the opportunity arises, I will certainly take it.”

Reis is hoping to impress Barcelona this season and also get his place at the U21 European Championships in the summer, “I had to make this step. In Barcelona they also said: ‘Go play, make the minutes’. Then we’ll see again after that season. That’s how I am in it. Nice playing thirty games and hopefully also a European Championship. Then I will see if my future is in Barcelona or somewhere else. As long as I can play football every week. “
