Both sides struggled to create any clear cut chances for the rest of the first half, and went into the break locked at 0-0 in a game of low confidence.

A minute into the second half the home side had the lead, as left back Remy Amieux saw a deflected effort fly into the net past a wrong-footed Kurto.

The lead only lasted eight minutes before Roda JC striker Krisztian Nemeth rounded Seda and finished into the empty net to make it 1-1.

Six minutes from the end the away side had the lead when nobody from RKC closed down a short corner, and the resulting cross was headed in by Frank Demouge.

In the final minute, RKC were reduced to ten men when defender Frank van Mosselveld was shown his second yellow for a dive in the box.

RKC stay second bottom, but it could get worse if NEC can pick up a win on Sunday, while Roda JC are up temporarily into the top 10.
