Netherlands captain Arjen Robben has no intention of retiring from international football and is aiming to be at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Speaking on the Bayern Munich training field, Robben stated that he has never considered quitting the Oranje, and he is aiming to quickly forget the Euro 2016 failure and qualify for the World Cup in 2018.
When asked about his next goal, Robben responded, “The 2018 World Cup in Russia. I’m only 34 then.”
On why he would never give up international football he added, “I have too much fun in there.”
“Otherwise it would indeed be better to stop. Moreover, I feel like one of the few remaining veterans responsibility in building a successful Dutch team again.”
