Roda and Utrecht played out a dismal draw that will be best remembered for the heroic triple save of Roda goalkeeper Benjamin van Leer.

Despite being more dominant on the ball, Utrecht failed to create many meaningful openings to goal but were denied by van Leer on three occasions in one goalmouth scramble.
The hosts also struggled to threaten. Their best chances fell to Abdul Ajagun who couldn’t avoid slicing wide one opportunity and found another shot cleared off the line.
Roda’s tenth draw of the campaign leaves them seventeenth, Utrecht remain in the top seven.
