Roda JC have bolstered their squad with the season long loan signing of AS Roma midfielder Daniel De Silva.

The attacking midfielder signed a five year deal to join Roma this summer from Australian side Perth Glory, but is immediately loaned to Roda JC to get a taste of first team football in Europe.
De Silva is considered one of Australia’s greatest young talents, and made his debut for Perth Glory at the age of 15 before going on to appear 33 times for the club in the A-league, scoring three goals.
The 18-year-old was present at Roda JC’s 3-1 win over Heracles on Saturday and will now join up with the Kerkrade side for the rest of the season.
