Rick Karsdorp is doing well in recent weeks but his Roma head coach Paulo Fonseca still sees room for improvement.

The 25-year-old seemed on his way out at Roma in the summer but has instead forced his way into the team and has been important in recent weeks. He provided the assist for the only goal in the win over Sampdoria at the weekend.

However, Roma coach Paulo Fonseca still expects more from the Dutchman. He told his press conference, “He can still learn a lot,. He has already learned a lot in defensive and offensive terms. He can still improve in some aspects.”

Karsdorp has made 15 appearances for Roma this season, with four assists to his name.
