New Manchester City defender Philippe Sandler spoke to the NOS upon signing a 4-and-a-half year with the English club.

The centre-back will remain at PEC Zwolle until the end of the current season.
Sandler said, “The deal has been agreed with Manchester City. I am going to finish the current season with PEC Zwolle so I am only going to concentrate on that.
“I am delighted to sign for Manchester City. I stayed calm and I did not read many things in the media. I am really happy.
“There are no agreements in place as regards to next season. It depends how well I finish this season. I just have to wait and see.”
