Philippe Sandler finally made his Manchester City debut in their comfortable 7-0 FA Cup win over Rotherham United.

The 21-year-old moved to the Premier League giants in the summer from PEC Zwolle but has been held back by injuries so far.

On Sunday, Pep Guardiola finally gave Sandler his debut from the bench in their 7-0 win over Rotherham United.

A centre-back by trade, Sandler was brought on for Kevin De Bruyne and took his place in the Manchester City midfield. We wait to see if Guardiola sees Sandler as a controlling midfielder in the future.
