According to De Telegraaf, Siem de Jong is departing Ajax to join MLS side FC Cincinnati.

The 31-year-old will head to America this week to undergo his medical and complete the transfer.
The MLS side have Gerard Nijkamp as general manager and Ron Jans as head coach. They also signed Jurgen Locadia on loan from Brighton earlier this month.
De Jong is not needed by Ajax this season and only appeared in four Eredivisie matches. He is in his second spell in Amsterdam, having also played for Newcastle United, PSV, and Sydney FC.
De Jong’s contract at Ajax expires at the end of this season but he will be allowed to depart early.
