Luis Sinisterra is flattered by links to Atletico Madrid but the winger is fully focused on Feyenoord.

Sinisterra tore his cruciate ligament in February and is expected to be out until the end of 2020. That hasn’t stopped the Colombian attacker from being linked with Atletico Madrid.

Speaking to Sport W, Sinisterra said on his recovery, “The recovery is excellent. It remains difficult, because at first I thought the injury would be okay. I can’t do anything about it now. I’m trying to recover as best I can to get back to my old level.

“Fortunately I can rehabilitate at Feyenoord. I am the only player who can go to the club, which is very nice. When I am back? I cannot say that yet. I am careful.”

On the links to Atletico, Sinisterra said, “I would love to play in the best teams in the world. It has to be a team that suits me and where I can grow as a player and person. I’m flattered by the rumors, but at the moment my focus is on Feyenoord.”
