VI’s sources have told them that one of the clubs is Beijing Guoan, who are currently fifth in the Chinese Super league and already have a good relationship with Galatasaray having signed Burak Yilmaz last season.
Whether Sneijder is keen on a move to China remains to be seen with the 32-year-old having a contract with Galatasaray until 2018. The midfielder has always stated that he doesn’t want to leave Istanbul and has already rejected a move to the MLS.
If Sneijder does decide on a move to the Far east then he follows in the footsteps of Oscar and Carlos Tevez who made big money moves to China recently.
