According to AD, Wesley Sneijder is set to leave OGC Nice for Qatari side Al-Gharafa.

The 33-year-old joined Nice in the summer but has only made eight appearances due to injury issues. The French side have told the Dutch international that he is free to leave in January and a move to the USA seemed likely.
However, Sneijder has now decided on the Middle-East with the midfielder set to sign a one-and-a-half-year deal with Al-Gharafa, who currently sit 7th in the Qatari league.
The negotiations are at an advanced stage and the deal should be confirmed in the next few days,
