sneijdhajjdSneijder is reportedly looking to leave Galatasaray this summer as he looks for a new challenge and has already received an offer from Premier League side Everton.

However, the 32-year-old is keen on a return to Inter Milan, and phoned coach Roberto Mancini to see if they were open to making it happen. Sneijder is said to have offered to lower his wages, but that would still make the deal difficult for Inter Milan, who are struggling to keep in line with financial fair play rules, while the Dutch international doesn’t fit into the club’s desired way of playing with Ever Banega the first choice play-maker.

Sneijder signed for Inter Milan from Real Madrid in 2009 and helped the club win a treble in his first season. However, Sneijder fell out with the clubs management and left in 2013 to sign for Galatasaray.
