Lazio defender Stefan De Vrij spoke to the press ahead of their Europa League match against Vitesse Arnhem in the GelreDome on Thursday.

The Dutchman has insisted that Lazio will not underestimate Vitesse as they look to get off to a good start in the competition.
De Vrij said, ‘ We have prepared in a really serious way for the match against Vitesse Arnhem. We had had to a achieve a lot as a club in order to play in the Europa League.
”It is very important for us to start the group well. We have analyzed Vitesse Arnhem really well. I know many players from Vitesse Arnhem and I know how they play. They are a good team that always want to play football. We are ready for the match on Thursday.
”Personally, for me, I am pleased to be back in the Netherlands. It’s nice that my family and friends will attend the match too. I have also met players that I have played with in the past so it makes it a special game for me.
”We will not underestimate Vitesse. We have seen many videos of games they have played and we are aware of their strengths and weaknesses.”
