NAC Breda manager Stijn Vreven gave his reaction to NOS after his side beat NEC Nijmegen 4-1 to earn promotion to the Eredivisie after a two-year absence.

Vreven gave credit to his predecessor Marinus Dijkhuizen for making the players better in the half a season that he was the manager of NAC Breda this season.
Vreven said, ”I am really proud of my players. They have grown a lot since I have arrived. They played a run of almost perfect play-off games.
”I came he as a relatively unknown manager. Our supporters are very passionate and my players also show that on the pitch. I must also give credit to my predecessor Marinus Dijkhuizen who made these players better in the half season that he was here earlier this season.”
