According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan want to sign Kevin Strooman from Roma.

The midfielder has struggled with injuries since joining Roma from PSV in 2013 but has played a major part with the club this season, as they battle for the Serie A title.
La Gazetta dello Sport is now reporting that Roma’s rivals Inter Milan have been impressed by the Dutchman this season and are ready to sanction a €40 million move this summer.
The Milan giants have the financial backing of the Suning Group and are prepared to offer the 27-year-old an annual salary of €5 million to leave Rome. The newspaper is reporting that there has already been talks held by Strootman’s representatives and the Suning group.
