Mike van der Hoorn is set to hold talks with Swansea City after the Premier League club agreed a fee with Ajax.

De Telegraaf is reporting that Ajax accepted a €2.5 million offer for the centre back, who is now scheduled to travel to Wales in order to hold talks with Swansea City.
Van der Hoorn confirmed to De Telegraaf that he was on his way to Wales, saying, “An appointment is being made to go to Wales.
“Swansea is a beautiful club.”
The 23-year-old signed for Ajax from Utrecht in 2013, but struggled to hold down a place in the first team. In three years Van der Hoorn has made 48 appearances, scoring four times.
