The 26-year-old arrived in Wales on Wednesday and after undergoing his medical, Narsingh put pen to paper on his contract until 2019. PSV receive around £4 million for the winger, who’s contract in Eindhoven was up in the summer.

Narsingh told the club’s official site, “I’ve looked at the Premier League for two or three years now, and Swansea always play good football.

“That’s why when Swansea came in for me I knew I wanted to play here. This is the best league, and with Swansea playing good football I knew it was a good club for me.

“I’m 26 now and it’s a good age to come to the Premier League. I won two titles in Holland, so it is a great time to come here.”

Narsingh signed for PSV from Heerenveen in 2012 and made 115 Eredivisie appearances for the club, scoring 21 times. He also has 19 caps for the Netherlands national team.
