Nicolas Tagliafico has extended his Ajax contract by another year, binding him to the club until 2023.

The 28-year-old has been a key player and a fan favourite ever since joining from Independiente back in the 2017/18 season.
Tagliafico made it no secret that he was open to leaving Ajax in the summer, but no move materialised despite links to Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
The Argentinian is happy to remain in Amsterdam until a club that suits him comes forward, and he has shown his commitment by signing a new deal, which adds an extra year to his current contract.
Tagliafico has made 111 appearances for Ajax.
