The young Brazilian midfielder has found first team opportunities at Chelsea hard to come by since joining the club Sao Paulo in 2011.
After spending time with Spanish side Malaga earlier this year, Piazon is now starring for Eredivisie leaders Vitesse, with whom he has scored seven goals and contributed five assists in 13 matches.
Now according to Sports Direct News, Tottenham Hotspur, along with clubs from Spain, and Italy are keeping tabs on the 19-year-old, who has been constantly likened to Brazilian star Kaka.
Piazon is on loan with Vitesse until the end of the season, and is hoping to impress Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho by leading the Arnhem club to their first ever Eredivisie title.
Should Mourinho decide that the youngster is no longer part of his plans, with the likes of Oscar, and Dutchman Marco van Ginkel among his competitors for a starting spot, then a number of clubs will be looking to pounce.
