FC Twente have announced that they will release seven first team players when their contracts end this summer.

The Enschede club are suffering from severe money troubles, and have already been deducted three points for the KNVB for failing to meet loan repayments.
Today the club announced that they had informed seven first team players that their duties with Twente will end when their contracts expire this June. Andrej Rendla, Filip Bednarek, Rasmus Bengtsson, Tim Breukers, Dico Koppers, Ryo Miyaichi and Orlando Engelaar will all leave Twente this summer.
Youth players Derre Kwee, Matheus de Wit, Dario Tanda, Sven Verlaan and Alvin Daniels, players from the women’s team, staff and coaches have also been informed that they will be leaving this summer.
