Phillip Cocu is under pressure as Derby County boss and he was not happy after his side was denied a late goal in the 1-1 draw against rivals Nottingham Forest.

Cocu’s Derby headed into Friday’s clash with only three points from the opening six games, and amid reports in the newspapers that he was about to be sacked.
Martyn Waghorn fired Derby County ahead but Nottingham Forest equalised in the second half. Then in the last minute, Derby thought they had won it but the linesman controversially ruled it out.
After the game, Cocu was full of praise for his players, “What the boys showed today for themselves, for the club, but especially for the fans: that’s fantastic, brilliant.”
However, Cocu then vented his fury towards the linesman, “The linesman has stolen the victory from us. Nobody, really literally nobody, protested after that goal. Not the goalkeeper, not the people on the bench, not the players … Nobody. So I think it is very remarkable that the linesman flags offside. If you compare that goal with the goal of Nottingham, then I think they are exact copies. I hope someone can explain to me why theirs was a goal, but ours was not.”
