Talented Utrecht striker Nick Venema will spend next season on loan with NAC Breda.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan with Almere City but failed to hold down a regular spot for the Keuken Kampioen Divisie side.

Venema had little chance of playing with Utrecht this season and has now been allowed to join NAC Breda on a season-long loan deal.

The forward told the NAC website, “I am happy to play for a fantastic club like NAC. Of course with a great following, who will hopefully be able to come to the stadium again soon. I also hope that I can be important for the team and for the club!”
